Yellow Flamingo Club
The Yellow Flamingo Club is a premier hospitality venue and exclusive club at The Cognizant Classic. I was tasked with creating a logo and visual identity for this venue. The identity I created for this brand highlights the sophistication, flair, and vibrant social scene of the Palm Beaches, where the tournament takes place.

The flamingo is an icon for South Florida. The color yellow is not only a symbol for optimism and resilience, but also represents the “Play Yellow” initiative that was founded by Jack Nicklaus, pro-golfer and designer of the course at The Cognizant Classic. These concepts were put together to create the icon for this VIP Club.
Logo
Two patterns were created for this brand, one featuring illustrative flamingos with palms, capturing a whimsical vibe, the composition gives off an elevated resort aesthetic.
The second pattern takes a more modern approach, incorporating the art-deco elements of the tournament and including some modernized palms, which can also be seen inside the PGA National resort where the tournament is hosted.
